Kurds Global Network for Development (KGND) is a global platform designed to connect Kurdish professionals, entrepreneurs, academics, civil society organizations, and diaspora communities to support long-term social, economic, and institutional development in Kurdistan and Kurdish communities worldw
Despite the large number of talented Kurdish professionals and organizations around the world, there is still limited coordination, networking, and institutional collaboration between Kurdish diaspora communities and development initiatives connected to Kurdistan. Many valuable resources, experiences, and opportunities remain fragmented and underutilized.
KGND proposes creating a scalable global network and digital platform that connects Kurdish talents, organizations, entrepreneurs, researchers, and community leaders. The platform will support collaboration, mentorship, knowledge exchange, business networking, civil society initiatives, leadership programs, and future-oriented development projects.
The project aims to strengthen collaboration within the Kurdish diaspora, support youth and leadership development, increase institutional cooperation, promote entrepreneurship and civil society growth, and contribute to a stronger culture of long-term strategic development for Kurdistan and Kurdish communities globally.
KGND aims to collaborate with Kurdish civil society organizations, diaspora networks, academic institutions, entrepreneurs, researchers, youth initiatives, media platforms, and community leaders across different countries. The project is also open to partnerships with non-profit organizations, development-focused institutions, educational initiatives, and individuals interested in leadership development, networking, cultural exchange, entrepreneurship, and long-term social and economic development within Kurdish communities worldwide.
